The staff here were really nice, and the food was seriously delicious. Plus, we found parking nearby so that was convenient. the location was amazing - it was close to everything we wanted to check out 🌟.

Make sure you stay in the double room with air conditioning. The location is marvellous and incredible and there is a funicular station right next to the hotel: D

We ate at a very nice restaurant with good food and pleasent breakfast. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from Museum of Torture. Thoroughly enjoyed our place and would like to stay longer.

Booked a room with air conditioning, the location was magnificent, relatively close to Montale Mountain, and there was a cable car station nearby.

Location: the hotel was next to gondolas, castle, bus station and historical city centre, and the cable car station. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Osteria la Taverna Righi that is only 15 minutes' walk away. The breakfast was great with variety of dishes to choose from

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel which exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, nestled in a charming little neighborhood at the bottom of a hill. The hotel was conveniently located near the funicular, which provided stunning views of the area and easy access to the old town. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view over a lively square. The air conditioning was a bonus, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The newly renovated bathroom was modern and clean, adding a touch of luxury. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast offered a range of delicious options to start the day off right.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision! the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a lot of delicious options to choose from. being located next to the bus stop and funicular made it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Lastly, I really appreciated that there was a restaurant on-site which meant that I didn't have to go far for a tasty meal.

That the staircase up to my room was quite narrow and would have been difficult to navigate with larger luggage. parking was tricky on Thursdays due to the market, but once I found somewhere else to park, it wasn't too big of a problem.
